Welcome to Crown Media Group, a Digital Media Production Agency designed to help brands and individuals share their stories, get noticed, and enhance their presence through captivating and authentic visual content.

Our goal is to tell stories that inspire, educate, entertain, and call others to action. We are a team of creatives who are adept in various phases of the production process. We love the process of taking a thought in your head and making it come to life with videos and photos.

Luis

Luis Perez, Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Growing up in NYC during the early 90s, observing both poverty and wealth, Luis developed a vision of building and running his own company. A college graduate in Business & Marketing, he decided to forge his own trail diving head first into business ownership. With a passion for Marketing & Business at the age of 21, Luis started, built and ran a successful Marketing company helping major brands market their goods and services online. Luis worked with a wide variety of corporate clients in different fields including Finance, FinTech, Real Estate and Technology. As the company grew, he added Film and Video Production into its repertoire introducing him into a world of possibilities. Working closely within the creative and production process, Luis developed a love and a passion for creating and telling stories through visual content. He later spun that division off into its own video production company, Co-founding Crown Media Group.

Today, as Co-Founder and CEO of Crown Media Group, Luis spends most of his time growing the business and working closely with the Production Team in creating captivating and authentic visual content. With over a decade of film and video production experience, Luis and his creative team of experts has produced content for major brands like New Balance, BOSS, Guinness, iHeart Radio and many more. Luis’s work ranges from short films, documentaries, promotional video content and social media marketing videos. In today’s world where “Content is King”, he firmly believes that content creation and video marketing is the wave of the future. His goal is to continue producing content that inspires, educates and entertains audiences around the world

Kevin Talbot, Co-Founder & Chief Creative Director

With over a decade of professional experience, Kevin has produced content in the arenas of Music Videos, Live Sports, Health & Wellness, Fashion, Fitness, and Business. His work has been seen in publications such as Vibe Magazine, The Source Magazine and he’s also created content for brands such as BOSS, New Balance, Crunch Fitness, Well + Good, SELF, and UFC to name a few.

Kevin also teaches a film making program for New York City youth called “Beyond The Lens: How to Sharpen Your Focus, Framing, and Vision for Life”. This course allows students an opportunity to learn valuable life skills such as goal setting, game planning, content creation and brand development while gaining the fundamentals of film-making and storytelling.

His vision is to create a brand that inspires, educates, & entertains others while encouraging them to dream big and chase those dreams. He wants to give others hope and help them understand that they are the ones who create their realities. Kevin graduated from Pace University in 2011 with a B.A. in Media Communications.

Keven
Paul

Paul Urbaez, Head Of Production & COO

Paul has always had a passion for fine arts and creativity. Having attended Rosa L. Parks High School of Fine & Performing Arts, he was able to develop an appreciation and desire to help others express themselves through artistic outlets. After taking an introductory class on graphic design, Paul uncovered his true passion. Graphic design combined both of the the things he loved; art and technology. Graduating and continuing to pursue a future in graphic design at William Paterson University, Paul decided to expand his knowledge by minoring in Accounting and Law. Paul worked as an accounts manager for many years while continuing to refine his skills in graphic design; becoming a ‘jack-of-all-trades’.

Paul and Luis connected in 2010 to work on several very successful marketing projects. These endeavors evolved from graphic designing to video production, planting the seeds that were an integral part of Crown Media Group’s origin. As the COO of Crown Media Group, Paul uses his abilities to develop key infrastructure to helping the company operate properly and allow for exponential growth. Paul’s knowledge and many backgrounds have allowed him to find his purpose in media production and he hopes to continue creating art that inspires.

Yvette Viera, Creative Assistant

A city girl at heart, Evie lives in the beautiful backwoods of NH with her family. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and an Associate’s degree in HealthCare Management. She has 25 years of experience in the Health Care Industry primarily in a medical practice setting. She has worked in a small family owned Pharmacy, a large medical practice group, and rehab hospital. She started off as a billing clerk, learning and growing in other positions throughout the industry climbing up the ladder to a position as Office Manager for a solo-practitioner for the past 13 years.

With her strong inter-personal, time management and organization skills, she has been able to been able to maintain physicians, management teams, and staff on time with deadlines as well as for herself. She is currently on the Board of her Medical Practice Management Association for the state of NH as the Membership Chair Person and 3rd Party Coordinator.

As Health Care continued to change, Evie has also decided to look for a change. The opportunity arose at Crown Media Group for a Creative Assistant position and the timing was very fitting. She joined the team back in 2018 and spends most of her time assisting the Executive Team with meeting deadlines, scheduling, billing and client services. In a fast-paced environment, she makes sure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. She keeps the Creative Team on point to ensure success and most importantly, client satisfaction.

Kaelyn Urena, Marketing Manager

Kaelyn Urena graduated from Pace University in 2018 with B.A. in Communications and minor in Public Relations. During her studies at Pace University, she took the opportunity to find her true passion in creativity through exploring different internships. She interned at a Fashion Public Relations firm, Seventh House, as a Graphic Design intern where she developed her skills in graphic design software. She interned at Westchester Magazine as a Marketing Intern where she focused on creating content for their events to reach overall marketing efforts and goals for the company. Lastly, she was a Social Media Marketing Intern for a photography company, Suzanne Claire Photography. This internship provided her with the opportunity to develop a social media strategy across all platforms to increase follows and engagement for a small company. While also creating promotional material for the company to distribute to their clients.

With her passion for creating content and skill set in social media she took the opportunity to become the Marketing Manager at Crown Media Group. Joining the team in 2018, she works to develop the marketing and social media strategy for the company across all social media platforms. Her goal is to increase the company’s reach to ensure client growth and drive content exposure.
